A free-to-spectate strongperson competition in association with Royal’s Gym, where athletes went head-to-head in five events across four categories including Women, Beginners, Novice, and Intermediate.

The competition had a brilliant turnout, with 29 participants and a few hundred spectators, and we hope to bring back the event for 2024!
