Event Details

This years event promises to be even bigger with the addition of an exciting head-to-head truck pull and free 'strongperson' inspired activities for children, led by the team at Vivacity. And what's more, there’s still time to participate! There are a few spaces available in the junior, beginner and intermediate categories. Power Stairs (Head-to-head) 10am

Athletes will have 90 seconds to carry 3 weights from the bottom of the stairs to the top. Each weight getting progressively heavier. Women - 50kg, 60kg, 70kgJunior Men 70kg, 90kg, 110kgBeginners Men - 80kg, 100kg, 120kgNovice Men - 100kg, 120kg, 140kgInters Men - 120kg, 140kg, 160kg

Truck Pull (Head-to-head) 11:30am

18" Duellum Deadlift (Head-to-head) 1pm

Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible within the timeframe. Women - 120kgJunior Men - 160kgBeginners Men - 180kgNovice Men - 220kgInters Men - 260kg

Axel Press (Head-to-head) 2.30pm

Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible from the shoulder position. Women - 50kgJunior Men - 70kgBeginners Men - 80kgNovice Men - 90kgInters Men - 120kg

Atlas Stones (Head-to-head) 4pm

Athletes will have 60seconds to complete as many stones as possible on descending platforms.  Women - 30, 40, 50, 65, 80Junior Men - 40, 50, 65, 80, 100Beginners Men - 40, 50, 65, 80, 100Novice Men - 50, 65, 80, 100, 120Inters Men - 80, 100, 120, 130, 150  Timings are subject to change on the day.
